As part of a long-term project, Plumstreet is working
with the Ferndale court to expand awareness in the
neighborhood and streamline their internal administrative
processes. Phase One of the project involved working
with focus groups to determine the online needs
of the court, which then evolved into a brand-new
site design.
Phase Two involved the creation of a "kiosk"
within the court itself where members of the community
can drop by and have their questions answered online
without taking up the time of the court staff. Phase
Three will build more interactivity into the design.
