CAID, established in 1978, an organization committed to supporting the arts in Detroit through various events and sponsorships. Plumstreet, also dedicated to promoting the arts and artists in Detroit, partnered with CAID to help them reach the right audiences with their own brand of artistic vision. Plumstreet partnered with Royal Oak-based brainCell Pictures, to create the Flash elements of the site that add subtle motion to the design. The site functions as a vehicle to promote CAID's series of events. Future additions are to include an Artist Index of local talent and message boards for CAID members.
