Plumstreet developed a Flash tutorial for Northwest
Airlines that provides an easy-to-understand explanation
of their online check-in process. By walking the
user through each step, with appropriate visual
examples, we were able to provide an easy way to
reinforce the simplicity of the e-ticket system
while also helping Northwest win support for the
system among consumers.
